I have no doubt in my mind that phone sex can become an addiction judging by the number of men I speak to who admit that they do it at least twice a week and sometimes for several hours at a time. I asked all of my male colleagues in the office if they had ever used sex chat lines and twenty three out of the thirty I asked said they had at some point in their lives and six of them told me that they do it every day! Can you imagine how expensive that is and yet they can’t stop making the calls. It’s quite worrying really. It has made me question if some of my ex boyfriends have ever done it or become addicted to it. I’m confused as to what they actually get out of it.

My son who was injured in a motorcycle accident had a lot of time on his hands. While waiting for his Social Security for his disability he got involved in some online work. At least that is what I thought. He was a gifted athlete in High School and was getting ready for college. He would lock himself in his room and spend hours on the computer. I did not know he was looking at free porn online. Then one day around 5:30 AM there was a knock at the door. When I opened it I not only saw local law enforcement but, the FBI too. I had no idea he was looking at porn all day. He got 4 counts of viewing child porn, punishable by 10 years in prison for each count. Lucky for him he only got ten.
